Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Quick Luxe Car Rental Dubai.

When you book or rent a vehicle with us, you commit to the terms and conditions as follows. So, this page has some important details that you must read before confirming your rental.

1. General Guidelines

  1. The renter (hirer) acknowledges that the luxury car is provided in excellent working condition and has to be returned in the same condition along with all accessories.
  2. Quick Luxe car rental has the right to recall a vehicle whenever any company policy is breached.
  3. Any loss or damage to personal belongings that are left in the vehicle is not our responsibility.
  4. The terms and policies can alter without any notice.

2. Geographical Limits

  1. The cars rented by Quick Luxe car rentals can be used solely in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  2. It is strictly prohibited to drive beyond the UAE borders.

3. Mileage Policy

Daily Rentals:

  1. 200 KM/per day however, AED 0.50 will be charged as per extra KM.
  2. 100 KM/per day (AED 0.75 per extra KM).

Weekly Rentals:

  1. 200 KM/per day however, AED 0.50 will be charged as per extra KM.
  2. 100 KM/per day (AED 0.75 per extra KM).

Monthly Rentals:

  1. 4500 KM/per month however, AED 0.50 will be charged as per extra KM.
  2. 2500 KM/per month (AED 0.75 per extra KM).

4. Fuel Policy

Cars should be handed back with the same volume of fuel that they had at the time of collection.

In case the level is below, fuel charges can be charged.

5. Vehicle Damage and Maintenance

  1. Renters should maintain tires at the correct pressure and make sure that the vehicle is clean and in good condition.
  2. Damage that occurred during the rental should be notified in time.
  3. To notify the police in case of an accident or a breakdown, call 999 (Police) and Quick Luxe car rentals at (--)
  4. All damages or accidents will require a police report.
  5. The renter will be liable to the cost of repair in the event of damage caused by negligence or without a proper report.
  6. Third-party repairs are prohibited as well as they can lead to punishment.

6. Rental Duration and Return Policy

  1. The rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
  2. There is a grace period of 2 hours on late returns.
  3. Delays beyond 2 hours will be charged as an additional full day.
  4. The latest vehicle return time is 6:00 PM (no check-ins on Sundays or public holidays).
  5. Pickup service in Dubai requires 4 hours’ prior notice; in other Emirates, 24 hours.

7. Payments and Security Deposit

  1. A security deposit is required before receiving the car.
  2. The deposit varies depending on the luxury car category.
  3. Deposits are held for 30 calendar days after vehicle return to cover any fines, Salik, or damages.
  4. Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard in AED or agreed currency.

8. Salik and Traffic Fines

  1. Each Salik crossing is charged AED 5.25 (including VAT and service fee).
  2. Any traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility and include a 10% service charge and 5% VAT.

9. Servicing and Vehicle Maintenance

  1. Regular maintenance is included in the rental cost.
  2. The first service is due at 1000 KM and then every 10,000 KM.
  3. Renters must inform Quick Luxe car rentals 2 days before scheduled service.
  4. Driving with mechanical issues or a flat tire can lead to full repair liability.
  5. In case of breakdown, a replacement car will be provided as soon as possible.

10. Insurance Policy

  1. All vehicles are insured for driving on paved UAE roads.
  2. If the vehicle is declared a total loss, the renter must pay up to 20% of the insured value (depending on vehicle age).
  3. A police report is mandatory for insurance coverage.
  4. Wheels, tires, glass, tools, and interiors are not covered under insurance.

11. Driver and Age Limit

  1. Minimum driver age: 25 years.
  2. Drivers aged 22–25 years are covered under partial insurance (70%).
  3. AED 100 will be imposed on each extra driver.

12. Parking and Vehicle Safety

  1. It is always important to leave the car in a locked and secure place.
  2. Loss or damage caused through improper parking or lost keys are the responsibility of the renter.
  3. Minimum key replacement charge: AED 1500.
  4. All parking fines and impound fees will be charged to the renter.

13. Cookie and Online Booking Policy

  1. Choose the vehicle you want and the dates of rental.
  2. Check the reservation and make the payment.
  3. A confirmation email with all information and terms will be received.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refunds are processed only through the original payment method.
  2. In case of cancellations prior to pick up, cancellation fees can be charged.
  3. There are no refunds with respect to no-shows or late cancellations.

15. Legal and Governing Law

  1. Any conflict or assertions are subject to the law of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  2. Quick Luxe car rentals do not provide services to countries under OFAC sanctions.
