Cancellation before Pickup and Refund Policy

At Quick Luxe, we value your flexibility and time. In case you cancel your booking prior to the pick-up time scheduled, you can be refunded depending on the time of cancellation:

1. More than 24 hours before pickup: A small cancellation fee of $50 USD will be charged and the rest will be returned to your payment method of original choice in 7 working days.
2. Less than 24 hours prior to pick up: A cancelation fee of $150 USD will be charged before the refund is processed.

Tip: Cancel early to reduce fees and ensure a faster refund process.

Late Cancellations or No-Show Policy

If you cancel after your rental period starts or do not shows up at the pickup location, unfortunately, remember one thing, you will not be refunded.

A “no-show” applies when:

1. You fail to arrive at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
2. You don’t provide required documents (driver’s license, ID, credit card).
3. You don’t meet the Quick Luxe luxury car rental eligibility criteria.
4. The main driver cannot present a valid credit card with a sufficient deposit amount.

To avoid charges, ensure you bring all required documents and arrive on time.

After Vehicle Collection

Once you’ve collected your luxury rental car, any modifications including early returns should be coordinated directly with the Quick Luxe office mentioned in your rental agreement.

Please note:

1. Early returns are not usually refundable, as the total cost is based on your original booking duration.
2. Any extensions or modifications must be approved by our team.

Rebooking or Changing Your Reservation

In case you did not pick up your car on time yet but want to adjust your rental time, date, place, or your preferred car model, so, you might have to cancel your current reservation and rebook the new one.

1. New reservations are liable to prevailing prices as well as the availability of the cars.
2. Price differences may apply depending on the car model or date.
